Who we are: Pure Financial Solutions Limited (company number 04037714) of Redruth House, Cornwall Business Park West, Scorrier, Redruth, TR16 5EZ (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Regulatory status: Pure Financial Solutions Limited is a credit broker, not a lender. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) FRN 712612. We work with a panel of lenders, not the whole of market, and may receive commission.

1. About these terms

1.1 These terms govern your use of bridge.purefininsurance.co.uk and any pages we control (the “Site”).
1.2 By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1.3 We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date.

2. Using our Site

2.1 The Site is for UK residents aged 18+ only.
2.2 You must not misuse the Site (for example, by introducing viruses, scraping content, attempting unauthorised access, or using it for unlawful purposes).

3. Our services and regulatory disclosures

3.1 We act as a credit broker, introducing you to lenders/finance providers from our panel. We do not provide lending ourselves.
3.2 Whether a product is suitable depends on your circumstances and the lender’s criteria. Approval, rate and amount are subject to status and affordability checks.
3.3 No advice: Information on this Site is general information only and is not personal financial advice. If you need advice, you should seek it from a suitably authorised person.
3.4 Commission: We may receive commission from a lender for introducing you. The existence/amount of commission may vary between lenders and may impact the rate/offer you receive. We will provide more information about commission on request and as required by FCA rules.

4. Information on the Site

4.1 We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but content is provided “as is” and may change without notice.
4.2 We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Third-party links

5.1 The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products, services, privacy or security. Use them at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, code and other material on the Site are our property or used with permission.
6.2 You may view and print pages for personal use only. Any other use (including copying, distributing, or modifying) requires our prior written consent.

7. Liability

7.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7.2 Subject to 7.1, we are not liable for: (a) loss not caused by our breach or negligence; (b) loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable; (c) business losses (including loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill); (d) any loss arising from events outside our reasonable control; or (e) any loss related to use of third-party websites/services.
7.3 We do not warrant that the Site is free from bugs or viruses. You should use your own up-to-date virus protection.

8.2 Cookies: Our use of cookies and similar technologies is set out in our Privacy & Cookies Policy (including your choices/consents under PECR).
8.3 Credit reference & fraud prevention: Where relevant to a finance enquiry, we (and lenders we introduce you to) may undertake checks with Credit Reference Agencies and Fraud Prevention Agencies.

9. Complaints

9.1 We aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. See our Complaints Policy for how to contact us and how we handle complaints, including escalation to the Financial Ombudsman Service (where applicable).

10. Other important terms

10.1 Severance: If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest continues in force.
10.2 No third-party rights: No one other than you or us has any rights under these terms.
10.3 Assignment: We may transfer our rights/obligations under these terms. You may not transfer yours without our consent.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
